Participation is open to students currently enrolled in any educational institute (school, college, or university).
Teams must consist of 2 to 5 members from the same institute.
Each team must nominate one Team Leader as the primary point of contact.

This is a solution showcase hackathon. Teams must come with their project ready to demonstrate at the venue.
Solutions must align with one of the listed problem statements/tracks.
Projects can be prototypes, conceptual models, awareness campaigns, or exhibits.
Each team will be assigned a dedicated space to set up and present their solution.
Organizers will not provide materials, components, or tools. Teams must bring everything needed for their demo.
Facilities Provided
Basic infrastructure such as:
Power supply
Table space
Access to water (if needed for demo)
Wi-Fi/Internet access (limited, if available)
Special requirements should be mentioned in the registration form under “Venue Requirements.” The organizers will try their best to accommodate them, subject to availability and feasibility.

💰 Participation Fee
A registration fee of ₹500 per team is applicable.
Payment must be completed as part of the registration process.
Registration will be considered valid only after successful payment.

Teams must arrive at least one hour before the event begins for setup.
All team members must be present at the venue during demonstration.
Teams should be prepared to explain and demonstrate their solution to judges, visitors, and other participants throughout the event.
Late arrival or incomplete setup may result in disqualification.
While food and accommodation will not be provided, NNC will be happy to guide teams with suggestions for nearby dining and stay options.
Judges’ and Nawanagar Nature Club’s decisions will be final and binding.
